Physical and Mental Health

For those experiencing food insecurity, the state has several resources.

  • Call 211 to be directed to resources in your zip code including food, shelter, transportation, and legal help.
  • Utah Food Bank provides info on the closest food pantry in your neighborhood.
  • Utahns Against Hunger provides a map of food pantries, as well as info on applying for SNAP and WIC benefits.
  • School district websites also list local food resources.
