Where I Live Map

This map helps citizens learn more about the neighborhoods in which they live. After zooming in to an area, visitors can use the Location Information tool and click on a parcel. A PDF report will open containing information about that parcel’s neighborhood, such as zone, land use, school boundaries, crime statistics, and links to contact information for all the elected officials from Mayor to the President of the United States.

Orem Neighborhood Commission

For the purposes of planning and communication, Orem has established 9 districts with 2 to 3 neighborhoods each. Every district has two representatives who serve on the Orem Neighborhood Commission, along with one member of the city council. Together, these representatives help determine neighborhood plans and projects and serve as a source for information for Orem residents.

Here are the current Neighborhood Commission members:

  • District 1 (Canyon View / Orchard / Cascade): Margaret Black & Rob Shaw
  • District 2 (Orem North / Sharon Park): Reed Farnsworth & Tami Moore
  • District 3 (Heatheridge / Northridge / Windsor): David Moulton & Jenny Scribner
  • District 4 (Aspen / Timpview): Kim Anderson & Karen McCandless
  • District 5 (Geneva Heights / Suncrest / Orem Park): Amy Green & Rachele Holmberg
  • District 6 (Orem / Sharon / Hillcrest): Debbie Lamb & Sunday Meservy
  • District 7 (Stonewood / Lakeridge): Carolyn Blosil & Linda Parkinson
  • District 8 (Sunset Heights East & West): Cinzia Noble & Truman Van Cott
  • District 9 (Lakeview / Cherry Hill): Sydney Dameron & Mark Seastrand

Communication to neighborhood residents will be done through targeted emails, mailings, social media, utility bills, newsletters, schools, and the utilization of a network of community leaders that are connected with the people of a given neighborhood or area.

Use the map below to see which district includes your neighborhood.
