Sharon Park

Location: 600 N 300 E

In the winter, Sharon Park is often used for tubing and sledding. In the summer, it’s a nice shady retreat for families. The park has a large playground and six pickleball courts.

Scera Park

Location: 600 S. State St.

Scera Park is the most diverse of all the Orem parks. It is home to the Scera Outdoor Pool, the Scera Shell, as well as the Colonial Heritage Festival. It is also the only park in Orem with two playgrounds and a frisbee golf course.

Palisade Park

Palisade Park is the newest addition to the Orem parks system. Built on the former Cascade Golf Course, this 22-acre beauty is a great place for outdoor activities. It is also home to the Orem Splash Pad.

Orem Skate Park

Located: 355 N 1200 W

The Orem Skate Park is the best place in the city for extreme sports. This park has everything you need to live your Tony Hawk Pro Skater dreams. Half pipes, grind rails, ramps, stairs, and a whole lot more. 

Orchard Park

Location: 1000 N 750 E

Orchard Park is jointly shared with the Alpine School District. The park, including the walking path, is closed during regular school hours. It is the only park in Orem with a full-sized track for walking, jogging, and running. There is also plenty of space for soccer. Your kids will love the playground at Orchard Park.

Northridge Park

Nielsen’s Grove Park

Location: 1931 S. Sandhill Road

Nielsen’s Grove is the oldest park in Utah. The park was started in 1880 by Danish immigrant Jorgen Nielsen. The park is the only park with a water feature and contains many design elements found in European castle gardens.

Mt. Timpanogos Park

Location: US-189, Orem UT

Nestled in the beauty of Provo Canyon, Mt. Timpanogos Park was originally built to hold the largest storytelling festival, the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival. Now, this beautiful park is great for hiking, walking, and picnicking with friends and family.

Special Note:

The Cascade Hosting Center is a delta-shaped facility with both the east and west wing being identical. Amenities for each wing include 24’x48’ cement floor, water access in the middle of wings, shelving and cupboards in the middle area, 8 garage doors in each wing, access to electrical outlets and overhead lights. There are no tables or chairs available at the Hosting Center. Reservations for this facility require a $700 Fee for Fridays and Saturdays and $500 fee for Mondays through Thursdays, a $200 security deposit and a written agreement. Lakeside Park

Location: 1850 W 400 S

This park is home to all local sports enthusiasts and is one of the biggest parks in Orem. This park has soccer fields, softball fields, a playground and a pavilion that can hold 180 people.
