The stage is a public facility, built with Orem’s CARE tax funds, to bring the patrons of Orem live quality performances. 

Capacity: The stage and area around it, is designed from crowds less than 250, to listen to live music, artistic performances, concerts, orchestra’s and even band practices. 

Hours of Renting: Between 9am-9pm. We rent hourly, 4 hour blocks and full day blocks. 

Stage Amenities: The stage does not have curtains or a changing room. The stage does have glass bricks and LED lighting on the backside. Orem City will give you access to this lighting. The stage also has numerous outlets to accommodate portable equipment, lighting and speakers. Our Parks Department and Recreation Department manage the access for these scheduled events. 

Seating: If you are planning on renting or attending event, please make sure to bring a blanket or lawn chairs, as we have no available seating. Our pavilions seating is only available if you rent out the pavilion separately from the stage. It cannot be used to the public, as we have rentals for that pavilion during the summer. 

Trash: Trash cans will be provided throughout the park, but please make sure to clean up after yourself. 

• Admission: No admission can be charged for the event
• No dances or dance concerts
• No commercial or personal gain after use
• Please adhere to the city noise ordinances and hours.
• Fundraisers of any kind must be confirmed with the City of Orem. 

Our policy for cancelling the pavilions and the Stage are as follows

8-30+Days-$10 Cancellation of both pavilions. 

For hourly rentals, it is 10 % non refundable for what you paid.

For 4 hour rentals, it is a 10% non refundable of what you paid. 

0-7 days cancellation is non refundable.
