The in-car cameras in the patrol cars were around ten years old, and are obsolete to point we were unable to purchase parts for repair. Working together with the Police Department all 63 cameras were removed and
new cameras were installed. Thank you Lieutenant Jeff Bailey, Sergeant Dan Holdaway, Officer Travis Nye, Officer Jared Weech, and our Fleet Mechanics for the many hours required to accomplish this task.
The new dump truck for Waste Water is now fully set-up and put into service.
New asphalt hotbox for the Streets Section. This will keep asphalt warm to help with pothole repairs.
The new snowplow truck for Storm Water is complete and was used during snow removal during the large snow storm we had recently.
Parker Swainston attended a weeklong fire pump and accessories training class. He passed the exam and received the Fire Pumps and Accessories EVT (Emergency Vehicle Technician) certification.
