Living Well is now taught in three different ways!
Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks for about 2 hours on a virtual platform. An
“informational session” will be held a week prior to the class start date. This session is to ensure
participants can access virtual platform and pre-class forms are filled out. Participants will be contacted
regarding best way to get materials to them. Same information and class structure as our in-person
classes, just taught virtually. Participants MUST HAVE access to device with webcam in order to
participate. Video participation is required. Classes will NOT be recorded.
Classes are semi-self-guided and meet once a week for 6 weeks on a 1-hour
conference call. An “informational session” will be held a week prior to the class start date. This session
is to ensure participants can access the conference call and to review the program and materials as well
as fill out the pre-class forms. These classes contain the same information as our in-person classes but
is taught in a different format. Smaller class size (2-5 participants per class). Participants must be willing
to do individual study and have access to a telephone in order to participate. Classes will NOT be
With new in-person class guidelines that go into effect May 17 th , we will be slowly
restarting in-person classes. In accordance with the new guidelines’ classes will be limited to 2 hours in
length. In order to accomplish this, we will keep class sizes small, 8-10 people. Participants will be
required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing during class. They will be screened at the facility
for COVID-19 symptoms and we will keep a role for any necessary contact tracing.
