ARRAIGNMENT HEARINGS

An arraignment hearing is usually the first hearing for an individual case. In this hearing, the judge will formally read the charges being raised. Defendants also enter a plea during this hearing.

Before your arraignment hearing, follow the instructions on this page to learn about your rights and prepare to attend your hearing remotely.

Step 3: Register for Your Hearing

The day before your hearing, click the link below with the date and time of your scheduled hearing (the correct link may not appear on this list until 24 hours before your hearing). Use your name and email to fill out the registration form. If attending your own hearing, please enter your name as it appears on the court case record so we know you are present.

When you first logon there may be other hearings in progress since multiple cases are scheduled at the same time.  Please be patient and the Judge will call your case as soon as possible.
