FACILITIES PLAN AND AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR VARIOUS
PUBLIC FACILITIES IN OREM, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH
The City of Orem (“the City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Utah County,
intends to contract to amend the City’s Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis
(IFA) for the following public facilities: (1) water and water supply; (2) wastewater collection and
treatment facilities; (3) storm water, water reuse, drainage and flood control facilities; (4) roadway
facilities; (5) parks, recreation facilities, open space, and trails; and (6) public safety (police, fire, and
emergency medical service) facilities.
Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Sections 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given
of Orem’s intent to amend such Impact Fee Facilities Plans and to prepare Impact Fee Analysis. The
geographical area where the proposed Impact Fee Facilities will be located is shown in the City of Orem
Impact Fee Analysis area which is attached hereto and by reference is made a part hereof.
