Disconnecting Utilities

Please contact Utility Billing at (801) 229-7000 (call/text) and allow one to two business days to schedule a disconnect.

We do not enter orders to terminate service for the same day. Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday are also NOT available for this type of request.

Your water can be turned off as early as 7:30 AM on the scheduled day. Please make sure you are done cleaning and you will not need water services.

If a new owner has signed up there will not be interruption of service.

We will verify that you are listed on the account and we will ask for a forwarding address so we can send you a final bill.

There is always a balance because we have been billing you in arrears and we need to send someone to obtain the final read. This will generate an additional and final bill.

If you are on autopay your final balance will come out of your credit card on file and it will close your account.

* Please be aware that if we turn off on the day you requested and you need your service longer there will be a $25 reconnect fee.

** Because we cannot enter two orders on the same day for the same service address, when you are certain of your move out date, please call back and request a new disconnect order.**
