The project engineer is Kyra Wright,(801) 229-7315 A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site on September 20, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. on the southeast corner of 800 North and 600 West, Orem, Utah, 84057.
OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained September 12, 2023 on Bidnet Direct or at the City of Orem, Engineering Division, Development Services Offices, 56 North State Street, Orem, UT 84057. There is no fee from the City to obtain the documents on Bidnet Direct. There will be a $20 non-refundable fee for a copy of the plans and specification. (An additional $5.00 service charge will be assessed if the plans and specifications are to be mailed).
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK includes clearing and grubbing existing ground and installing new landscape, an irrigation system and a water connection. The engineer’s estimate is for the work $270,000.
SITE OF WORK: The site of the WORK is located at on the south side of 800 North from 600 West to 400 West, in Orem.
